Tuna Casserole

Mom's Tuna Casserole
Prep Time: 5 Minutes     Servings: 8

Ingredients:

2 cans (12 ounces each) tuna
1 package egg noodles; cooked and drained
2 packs crushed ritz crackers, divided
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 teaspoon black pepper and salt to taste

Preparation:

Combine tuna, noodles, soups, cheese, pepper and salt, set aside
In baking pan line bottom with 1 package of ritz crackers
Pour in other ingredients and line top with ritz crackers
Cover with tin foil; cook on 350 degrees until warm

Tip: To make it more creamy just add milk to the soups before you mix everything in. Peas can also be put in this recipe if you like peas
